Nobody should spend £5,000 on a document they have never seen the shape of. So here is one, published in full, with nothing removed.
The worked example
A business that thought it had a lead problem.
A £2.4m commercial cleaning contractor. Growing every year, and the owner taking home less than he did in 2021. He was certain he needed more leads.
He was wrong, and it was costing him £74,700 a year. The Investigation tested his hypothesis first, cleared it, and found the constraint three lenses away.
Northgate Facilities Ltd does not exist. It is a composite of the kind of business the Investigation is built for: UK, owner-managed, turning over between £500k and £5m. We will not publish a real client's numbers without their name on it, and we will not put a real client's name on it without asking.
Everything else is real. The method, the structure, the depth of evidence and the standard of the plan are exactly what you receive. Both documents say so on every page, because a worked example passed off as a case study is not proof, it is a lie with a nice layout.
