Who we are

MONOSYN is a trading name of MONOMOS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16828525, registered office 72 Ormonde Court, 364 Upper Richmond Road, London, SW15 6TP.

We are the data controller for the information described here. For anything about your data, email support@monosyn.com.

The personal information we collect

Names and contact details, plus anything you choose to tell us about your business.

How we get it, and why we have it

You give it to us directly, when you get in touch, book a call, or work with us as a client.

We use it to reply to you, prepare for the conversation, and run the business. If you have opted in, we also send you the occasional email about our work.

Under UK GDPR the lawful bases we rely on are your consent for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time, our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in running the business.

How we store it

Securely. We do not sell or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep enquiries for up to two years from our last contact, and client records for six years after the work ends. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred. You can stop marketing emails at any time.

There is no charge, and we have one month to respond. Email support@monosyn.com.

How to complain

Tell us first at support@monosyn.com and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
