Build: The Fix
from £15,000 · the Investigation fee comes off
I build the thing that removes the constraint and run it until the number moves. Not a deck, a working part of your business. We agree the number, and I move it or keep working until I do.
STAGE 3
Steer: Embedded
Daily, fixed or performance based
Once it’s moving or if you already have a team in place,
I stay close a few days a month and keep removing the
next constraint before it bites. Embedded growth
leadership, without a full-time hire.
